Role Overview
Exciting opportunity to grow with a fast-growing startup! As a Supply Chain Manager at Bluemingo, you will wear two critical hats:
- Delivery Leader – Driving high-impact transformation projects across planning, production, and logistics
- Domain Expert in Sales – Supporting business development through client meetings, pre-sales presentations, solution workshops, and proposal design
This is a high-visibility role, ideal for someone with strong operational grounding and the ability to inspire trust and confidence in client CXOs through structured thinking and storytelling.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver supply chain transformation projects across demand planning, production scheduling, procurement, inventory optimization, and logistics.
- Represent Bluemingo as a domain expert during client conversations, RFP responses, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Strategy teams to craft solution narratives aligned with client pain points.
- Translate complex business problems into simple, actionable strategies using Bluemingo’s technology stack.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.
- Guide internal teams on industry-specific nuances, best practices, and solutioning approaches.
- Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and case studies.
Responsibilities
Ideal Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in supply chain roles with a mix of consulting and operational exposure.
- Strong functional knowledge in at least 2–3 areas: S&OP, demand planning, production planning, procurement, logistics, or warehouse optimization.
- Hands-on experience with supply chain platforms such as SAP IBP, o9, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis.
- Prior exposure to client-facing consulting or pre-sales roles is highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to business and technical stakeholders.
- Education: B.Tech/B.E. (Engineering or Supply Chain) with MBA preferred.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or Lean Six Sigma are an advantage.
